It begins with material. Wild silk shantung — alive, irregular, reactive to light and movement — draws the eye before a word is spoken. Nappa leather, dense and grounding, built to last. At ORËSEN, the garment starts here — in matter that holds its own.
From that material comes a different relationship to time. Pieces designed to stay in the wardrobe, worn again across days, nights, phases of life. The essentials remain. Colourways evolve, new pieces arrive — but what works, stays. Extravagance, here, is depth. Density. The decision to remain fully present — with intention, without apology.
ORËSEN is a Paris-based label founded by Hela Daghfous, previously known under the name DAMYAS. The label relaunched in early 2026 under ORËSEN — a name chosen with the same deliberateness that governs everything else about the brand.
This spring, ORËSEN comes to New York for the first time. 15 Essex Street, East Village. April 15 through June 15, 2026. The Spring 2026 collection will be presented in the space — anchored by the BIANCA nappa leather skirt and the ELLIE wild silk shantung shirt, alongside a selection of wild silk pieces. The summer pieces will be available on oresen.eu from May.
This is ORËSEN's first presence in the United States. Open to the public April 15 through June 15, 2026.
